Managing Habits: How to Overcome bad habits
For a long period of time, I know what's wrong with me and what are those habits, that are killing me inside, physically and mentally, and you know both aspects of your life is irreplaceable, and you just can't walk off from those things.
Even if you manage to have some control over it later, the past and the guilt is always hovering over you especially guilt, every time, maybe for the rest of your life.

It is really hard to control your habits and get over it within time, These two question that I have mentioned is the real reason why we are suffering for a long time, or why we might suffer more if we don't do anything right now in order to end it.
Before I start mentioning the points, I want you to do something before following the given points, and that is to forgive yourself and forgive others, I am sure you can do this, You are more than capable of forgiveness. After this forgiving part when you are all empty, No grudges, and no hard feelings for anyone, You can go to the first point.
The First Point
You are once a very happy person and you have changed, and the truth is you are never going to change back to the person you are once(the innocent one), but trust me you can turn yourself into a better person, far better person than you are once.
Nothing is permanent, not this world nor your problems, Things will change as change is the law of nature.
And the Second Point
When you constantly remind yourself of the bad habits that you don't want to do, In a way you are still reminding yourself of the bad habits, In spite of doing this you can remind yourself of the good habits that you want in your life, It's ok if you get fail in doing so, in the starting, just remind yourself of the good habits you want in your life. Don't bash yourself with the questions like why I did it again? I failed again, just ignore those question and work for that good habit, Always maintain this circle, soon those unwanted things will get out of it.
Think about what you want in your life instead of what you don't

It is natural for a baby to whine as it makes sure the survival of he/she, as we grow up when we fail we start doing the same thing, instead of whining we start behaving like a victim so that we get what we need like food, shelter, attention and sometimes money, don't be a victim be a survivor.

Well written...correctly mentions for self assessment. Also, everything happen in this life is unique and give us a strange feelings. The truth is keep doing what is necessary for survival and adding small achievements to motivate yourself.

A person when he/she is good represents his family, when his qualities are good he/she represents his community or the society, when his actions are good he/she represents his country and sometimes world, so the question is why do you want to represent yourself when there is the whole world out there. Your "character, qualities and action" are the things that represents you, So work on them.
